What Else Can I Do?

Lots of owners find it useful to use a combination of :

  • Behavioural training

  • Environmental changes

  • Supportive nutritional supplements

Try to work out what it is exactly that your cat is afraid of and then speak to your vet for guidance on what could make a difference long term.

One of the most common situations that cats find difficult stems from a multi-cat household, in which case small changes around the home can make a big difference.

It is important to remember that managing behavioural issues can take a long time and patience, so do not lose heart if the problems do not disappear immediately.

Feeding Guidelines

Calmex cat should be feed twice daily according to body weight, or as directed by your vet.

The product is a nutritional feed supplement that can be given directly or added to food.

Calmex cat is an oral nutritional product containing a blend of feed nutrients, including amino acids and vitamins, to help support your cat to maintain normal composure. Amino acids like tryptophan and glutamine, which can be formed from theanine, can be used by the body as nutrients to support a normal healthy disposition. Calmex Cat is not a pharmacological treatment for behavioural issues. If your pet shows signs of stress, always consult your vet.
